Hot Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
White Layer:
- 3 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer:
- 3 ¼ cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- Mini marshmallow bits
Instructions
Make the white layer:
- Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
- Line a 9×9-inch square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour the white fudge into the pan and smooth the surface. Set aside.
Make the chocolate layer:
- Place the dark chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and mix to combine.
- Pour on top of the white chocolate layer. Sprinkle some marshmallow bites on top and gently press into the fudge.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice into squares and enjoy!
