Adventure Time Everything Burrito (the Edible Version)
Here is my version of the Everything Burrito from the popular show Adventure Time! I wanted to stay as faithful to the original burrito in the show as possible, which meant a MASSIVE grocery shop and a whole bunch of ingredients that terrified me when I started to think about how I was going to combine them. This recipe makes 4 large burritos: two sweet and two savory burritos, which are then sliced in half, and paired with the opposite flavor, so that you’ll be left with four burritos that are sweet on one side and savory on the other! If four burritos are too many, simply cut all of the ingredients in half to make two. I tried to be creative when combining all of the ingredients, but wanted to create a bit of a barrier between the sweet and savory ingredients because, honestly, there isn’t any way that grapefruit and banana would taste good when eaten with a hamburger patty and olives. Ew.
Also, please keep in mind that the overall flavor of the burrito will be directly influenced by the quality of the ingredients used. Hence, a burrito with good quality meat and yummy cake and waffles is going to taste WAAAAY better than a burrito with a burger patty from McDonald’s and dry, gross and overly sugary cake. When rolling up your burrito, don’t hesitate to double up and use two or more tortillas, so that everything stays all nice and wrapped up.

- 1 taco
- 1 hamburger
- 1 sandwich
- 1 serving French fries
- instant noodles dry
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- carrot shredded
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
- 2 olives

Instructions
Make the sweet burrito
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the heavy cream, and whip until soft and airy.
- Lay out a large tortilla, and spread the pumpkin pie filling on top. Drizzle the orange juice over the Belgian waffle.
- In a bowl, crumble the chocolate cake, white cake, doughnut, waffle and one pancake. Break apart the pretzels and add to the bowl with the cereal and the pink whipped cream. Mix everything together.
- Spoon this onto the burrito.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all of the fruit and squeeze over some lemon juice. Place the fruit on top of the cake mixture, and roll up the burrito.
Make the savory burrito
- Place the slice of bread in a food processor and pulse to turn it into breadcrumbs.
- In a frying pan, cook together the sunny side up and scrambled eggs, ham, meatballs, bacon, turkey, hot dogs and spam. Disassemble the taco, sandwich and hamburger, and add the fillings to the frying pan. Add the sliced tomato, pumpkin and beans, and mix well. Crumble and mix in the taco shell and the bread crumbs. Let this slightly cool.
- Lay out a large tortilla and place some French fries on top. Spoon over the meat mixture, and then crumble the instant noodles on top.
- Place the lettuce, shredded carrot and cheese on top, then roll up the burrito.
Join the burritos
- Cut each burrito in half, and join the opposite halves together, so that you are left with a burrito that is sweet on one side, and savory on the other side. Wrap another tortilla around the seam to secure the halves together, and top with a speared olive.
- If you would like to incorporate the inedible parts of the burrito, simply place the burrito onto a spatula, then place that in a frying pan, and serve with a fork. Just remember which side to eating from!
