Watermelon Punch in a Watermelon
Ingredients
- 1 whole watermelon
- 1/4 fresh honeydew melon
- approx. 500 ml sprite or your desired soda
Instructions
- Slice a watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh out of one half. Place it in a blender and pulse until liquid. Strain through a cheesecloth or strainer to remove the pulp. Place in the fridge to chill.
- Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from the remaining half of the watermelon and the honeydew melon. Drop these into the hollowed out watermelon half.
- Fill the watermelon half way with the fresh watermelon juice and fill the rest of the way with sprite. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
