Healthy Smoothie Jelly Beans
- 1 cup smoothie/thick juice of your choice
- 3 tsp sugar or honey
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- Place ½ cup of the smoothie and gelatin in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
- Add the sugar to the remaining smoothie, then add to the heated smoothie and mix well. Pour the mixture into a jelly bean mold and place in the fridge until completely set, about 1 hour.
