This is my go-to drink whenever I go to the beach, or when I’m feeling thirsty and don’t feel like drinking plain old water. I kind of overstuffed the jug in the video, but have slightly adjusted the amounts in the recipe. You’re welcome to use any kind of citrus fruit that you have on hand, and mix up the flavours to see which are your favourite! Sometimes I just add oranges, and it gives this really delicate and refreshing flavour. If you’d like a stronger flavour to the water, you’re welcome to squeeze in some extra juice from some of the fruit.
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 lime slices
- ¼ orange sliced
- ¼ tangelo sliced
- 3 thin grapefruit slices
- 1.5 L or desired amount of water
- Add all of the fruit into a tall pitcher, then simply top with ice and water, and serve!
