Cheesy French Toast

So I was thinking about how brioche is typically used for french toast and how it’s normally a sweet dish, and then started wondering why I hadn’t ever considered using cheese bread instead! Cheese bread itself, especially when slightly microwaved, is the most amazing thing ever, so when it’s turned into french toast, it becomes this warm, soft and cheesy dish. You absolutely need to try this either for an amazing breakfast or when you have those late-night cravings that will never be satisfied by fruit and veggies. If this isn’t cheesy enough for you, cut a little slice into the slices before soaking them, and stuff in some extra cheese – omg yum .
