Waffle Cone Parfaits
These were made in celebration of International Waffle Day on March 25th! These cones are filled with yogurt and a variety of fruit, and make a wonderful grab and go breakfast! Because of the yogurt, the cones do get soggy after sitting for a while, so I recommend consuming them soon after assembling them. They could also be a cute, healthy dessert to take on an after dinner walk with your significant other.

Add some honey and cinnamon to the Greek yogurt, and mix well to dissolve the cinnamon. Spoon the yogurt into the cone, then decorate with the sliced apples and additional walnuts.
Fruit Salad Parfait
- Place some corn flakes in the bottom of the cone. Mix together a small amount of syrup from the mandarin oranges with the yogurt to add a delicate, sweet flavor.
