Raspberry, Pineapple and Coconut Water
Here is the last recipe of Fruit Water Week! I wanted to put a bit of a spin on things, and used coconut water instead of regular water to add another dimension. I love coconut pulp, so I chose coconut water with pulp, but you’re welcome to use whatever you like! I also used frozen raspberries to make the drink even colder, but fresh is totally fine as well!
Raspberry, Pineapple and Coconut Water
To put a spin on classic infused water, we’re using coconut water instead of regular water!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 3, 310 ml cans of coconut water with pulp
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ice
- 1.5 L or you desired amount of water
Instructions
- Place the raspberries, pineapple and ice into a tall pitcher, and pour in the coconut water. Then simply mix everything together and serve!
