Pink Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 3-4 cups confectioner’s sugar
- pink food coloring
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and the vanilla with an electric mixer until soft and fluffy. Gradually add the butter while mixing.
- Add the confectioner’s sugar ½ cup at a time, and mix well. Add the food coloring until it reaches your desired shade of pink.
