Pink Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

250 g cream cheese room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
3-4 cups confectioner’s sugar
pink food coloring

Instructions

Beat the cream cheese and the vanilla with an electric mixer until soft and fluffy. Gradually add the butter while mixing.
Add the confectioner’s sugar ½ cup at a time, and mix well. Add the food coloring until it reaches your desired shade of pink.
