Healthy Matcha (Green Tea) Ice Cream
- 5 frozen bananas
- 1 ½ – 2 tbsp matcha powder
- ¼ cup milk
- sliced strawberries
- canned mandarin oranges
- corn flakes
- Place the bananas and the matcha powder in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and eat right away. If you would like to add toppings, you can stick some sliced strawberries and mandarin oranges on top of the ice cream or drizzle over some honey. You can also sprinkle on some corn flakes, and enjoy!
