How to Make Rainbow Pocky
Pocky are bread sticks dipped in chocolate, and are a popular snack in Japan. They come in a variety of flavours, like dark, milk, white, strawberry, green tea, and some are rolled in nuts or have cute patterns on them. These would make an adorable snack for school lunches, or you could make a bunch of one colour for a themed party.
I’ve used Toppo sticks as a base (simply because I had these in my house leftover from a previous recipe), which are bread sticks filled with chocolate – like the opposite of Pocky. If you can’t find these, you can use any thin, unsalted/plain bread sticks. If you’d like to see a full tutorial with instructions on how to make the bread sticks from scratch, please let me know in the comment section of the video!
