Rainbow Striped Jellies

To turn these into jelly shots, you can replace the 2 cups milk with flavored vodka!

Ingredients

• Cooking spray
• 1 ½ cups + ¼ cup water
• 6 tbsp gelatin
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple food coloring
• Whipped cream
• Rainbow confetti sprinkles

Directions

1. Spray a 9×9-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Pour 1 ½ cups water into a pot and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Allow the gelatin to develop for 5 minutes. Set the pot to medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin has dissolved and is liquid.
3. Remove the pot from the heat and add the condensed milk, whisking to combine. Add the milk, vanilla extract and ¾ cup water and whisk until fully combined.
4. Divide the mixture between 6 microwave-safe bowls. Dye each a color of the rainbow.
5. Pour the pink layer into the pan and place in the fridge until set to the touch, about 20-30 minutes. Repeat with the remaining colors, working in the order of the rainbow. If the different colors of jelly begin to set before you pour them into the dish, microwave them for 10-second intervals, until liquid again. Then chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours or up to overnight.
6. Gently pull the sides of the jelly away from the pan with your fingers. Place a plate on top and flip the pan upside down, unmolding the jelly. Use a sharp knife to slice the jelly into squares. Top with some whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
