Boba Tea

I honestly don’t think it gets any cuter than this! Doggies deserve boba tea just as much as you do, however theirs are much lower in sugar and very high in fiber. What flavor will your dog like best?

Ingredients (makes about 1 cup per flavor)

Pink:

  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/3 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp liquid coconut oil
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries, thawed (or strawberries)

Green:

  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/3 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp liquid coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honeydew melon
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sugar snap peas

Purple:

  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/3 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp liquid coconut oil
  • ½ cup blueberries

Approx. ¼ cup blueberries per flavor, for the boba

Directions

  1. For each flavor, place the banana, coconut oil, banana and extra fruit/veggie into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Place some fresh blueberries into the bottom of your serving dish and top with the smoothie.
  3. For a cute photo op, you can place a straw into the cup, but make sure to remove it before your dog starts eating.

Treacle tip: For some other flavors, you could add canned pumpkin, fresh cantaloupe or pineapple!
