Instructions

Prep:

  • Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut a ghost shape out of the center of the brie cheese.
  • Use a pumpkin cookie cutter to cut pumpkins out of the orange cheddar cheese. Cut “BOO” out of the white cheddar with alphabet cookie cutters.

Assembly:

  • Place the plastic skeleton on the tray first and arrange it in the position you like.
  • Arrange the larger items next, like bowls for the olives and bocconcini cheese, then fill the bowls. Place candy eyes onto the bocconcini cheese. Add the brie round. Fill the cut out portion of the brie with the raspberry jam. Note: you may want to place a small square of wax paper under the brie, so that the jam doesn’t soak into your tray.
  • Fill the center of the skeleton will rolled salami. Bunch the prosciutto slices into little rounds and place them in a row alongside one of the bowls.
  • Fill the remaining space with the remaining cheese, crackers, fruit, meat and candy. Serve and enjoy!

Storage Directions
At room temperature - For optimal freshness and safety, keep the charcuterie board at room temperature for no more than 2 hours. Cover the tray and remove it before the 2-hour mark to keep the ingredients fresh and safe to eat. If the board is left out longer than 3 hours, discard any perishable items to avoid health risks.

In the refrigerator - Store leftovers in individual airtight containers, refrigerating perishable items for up to 3 days.

Recipe Success Tips
  • Use quality ingredients. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavors and textures. This will make your board shine!
  • Balance flavors. Use a good mix of sweet, savory, and tangy items to cater to all tastes and preferences.
  • Plan the layout. Arrange your board with a balance of colors, shapes, and textures. Place the larger items with the skeleton centerpiece first, then fill in with cheese, meats, and other ingredients to create a visually appealing display.
  • Prepare ingredients ahead of time. Slice and prepare the cheeses, meats, and fruits beforehand to make assembly quick and easy.
  • Keep ingredients fresh. For items sensitive to temperature, like cheese and meats, keep them chilled in the refrigerator until serving for the freshest flavor.
