Notes

Storage Directions

At room temperature - Charcuterie boards that include meat and cheese shouldn’t be kept at room temperature for much longer than a few hours. Basically, once the party is done, wrap up all the leftovers and move them to the fridge.
In the refrigerator - You may be able to wrap the entire board with clean plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. But if needed, it might be wise to wrap up each item individually, or place the different elements in airtight containers. Store in the fridge. Try to eat up any leftovers within a day or two.
If your charcuterie board is really picked over, consider tossing the remaining leftovers, especially if there were a lot of people at your party or if they’ve been out of the fridge for more than 3-4 hours.
