Hot Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

White Layer:

  • 3 ¼ cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Layer:

  • 3 ¼ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Mini marshmallow bits

Instructions

Make the white layer:

  • Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  • Line a 9x9-inch square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pour the white fudge into the pan and smooth the surface. Set aside.

Make the chocolate layer:

  • Place the dark chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted. Mix well. Add the condensed milk and mix to combine.
  • Pour on top of the white chocolate layer. Sprinkle some marshmallow bites on top and gently press into the fudge.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice into squares and enjoy!
