Healthy Soda

Today we're making 4 flavors of healthy soda - strawberry, watermelon, mango and mixed berry! This is so easy, guilt-free and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • Frozen fruit thawed
  • cheesecloth
  • sparkling water

Instructions

  • Place the frozen fruit in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Drape a sheet of cheesecloth over a mesh sieve and set it atop a bowl. Pour the fruit puree into sieve and gently press it through the cheesecloth and the sieve, into the bowl.
  • To serve, spoon a couple spoonfuls of fruit puree into a glass. Fill the glass the rest of the way with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!
