Dango Fruit Popsicles
These popsicles are made of honeydew melon, watermelon and nashi pear, and are meant to look like the popular skewered rice ball snack in Japan – sanshoku dango.

Using a melon baller, make balls out of the honeydew melon and the watermelon.
Peel the nashi pear, and make balls with the melon baller. Squeeze some lemon juice over them to prevent them from turning brown.
Skewer 1 ball each of the honeydew, nashi pear and watermelon onto a bamboo skewer in that order.
Place these on a tray lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer until frozen.
