Directions
Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and let develop for 5 minutes.
Pour the wine into a small pot and bring to a simmer. If using, add the sugar and whisk until dissolved. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved. Add some food colouring, if using. Pour the liquid into a container with an easy-pour spout.
Pour the mixture into a gummy bear mold and place in the fridge until set, about 1 hour.
Unmold and enjoy!
