Choose your desired chocolate mold and set it on a flat surface. Coat the insides of half of the molds with green candy melts. Drizzle the candy melts onto the remaining half of the molds. Fill the drizzled molds with milk chocolate. Place the mold in the freezer until the chocolate has set, about 20 minutes.

Place the peanut butter in a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Fill the green chocolate shells with peanut butter and pour more green candy melts on top. Return to the fridge to set, about 20 minutes.

To serve, place a green chocolate melt and a milk chocolate melt into a mug with hot milk. Stir until fully melted and you’ll have peanut butter hot chocolate!
