Place about 1 tsp luster dust into a small dish. Using a dropper or a small spoon, gradually add enough vodka until it becomes the consistency of paint. Not too thick, but not too runny.

Use a clean paintbrush to paint this onto hard boiled eggs. Paint one coat, allow to dry completely, then if desired, paint another coat and let dry.
