Dip the strawberries into the orange candy melts and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge for the candy melts to set while you decorate the cupcakes.
Place the chocolate buttercream into a piping bag fitted with a large, round piping tip. Pipe a large ring of buttercream onto the top of the cupcakes.
Dunk the cupcakes into some oreo cookie crumbs, fully coating the buttercream. Stick the strawberries into the center to look like carrots. Enjoy!
