Pumpkin Gummy Candy

These round, bouncy pumpkin gummies are so delicious and perfect for the cold weather! Pack these into your lunches or serve them at Halloween or Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider non-alcoholic
  • 8 envelopes 8 tbsp unflavored powdered gelatin
  • ½ can roughly 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Fizz
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • orange food coloring
  • Superfine sugar optional – I prefer without

Instructions

  • Pour the apple cider into a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and whisk to combine. Microwave the mixture for 30 second intervals, until the gelatin has fully melted. Stir between each interval.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix well. Then add the pumpkin fizz and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined. Add some orange food coloring to create a vibrant orange color.
  • Pour the gummies into a sphere mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until fully set.
  • Gently unmold the gummies. If using superfine sugar, I recommend offering a bowl of sugar next to the gummies, so that people can dip them into the sugar right before eating. This is because the moisture from the gummies can dissolve the sugar quite quickly.
