Healthy Smoothie Jelly Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smoothie/thick juice of your choice
  • 3 tsp sugar or honey
  • 3 tbsp gelatin

Instructions

  • Place ½ cup of the smoothie and gelatin in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
  • Add the sugar to the remaining smoothie, then add to the heated smoothie and mix well. Pour the mixture into a jelly bean mold and place in the fridge until completely set, about 1 hour.
