Pour the water and honey into a pot and bring to a boil. Whisk to fully dissolve the honey, then gradually sprinkle in the gelatin, whisking very well after each addition to prevent lumps.

Then pour the honey bear mixture into a gummy bear mold and place in the fridge to set. Then remove them from the mold and enjoy!
