YouTuber Cookies – INGRID NILSEN AND MIRANDA SINGS | YouTuberのクッキー

Ingredients (makes 2 cookies)
❤ 2 sugar cookies (recipe here)
❤ ½ lb confectioner’s sugar
❤ 2 ½ tbsp. meringue powder
❤ scant ¼ cup water

❤ food colouring

Directions
1. Make the royal icing: Place the confectioner’s sugar, meringue powder and water into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for about 7 minutes until the mixture is smooth and when drizzled, stays on the surface for a few seconds. If you find that the icing is too thick, gradually add a few more drops of water. Divide the icing into bowls and dye it as many colours as you like. Place the icing into piping bags fitted with small round tips.
2. Then simply pipe the icing onto the cookies and draw your favourite YouTubers! Allow the cookies to dry for 2-3 hours, or until the icing has hardened to the touch.

材料(クッキー2枚分)
❤シュガークッキー 2枚(レシピはこちらです)
❤粉糖 1/2ポンド
❤メレンゲのパウダー 大さじ2.5
❤水 カップ1/4

❤食用色素

作り方
①粉糖、メレンゲパウダーと水を大きなボウルに入れ、表面に文字が書けるぐらいになるまで泡だて器で泡立てる(約7分)。厚すぎる場合、水を少々加える。ボウルに分け、お好みの色に着色する。アイシングを小さな丸い形の口金がついた絞り袋に入れる。
②クッキーに好きなYouTuberを描く。アイシングを2~3時間固まらせると完成です!
