Rainbow Striped Lollipops | 虹色のロリポップ

Who could say no to something as pretty and delicious as these lollipops?! These are not only beautiful and fun to make, they’re also so delicious! The stripes are created by sticking gummy bears into the candy while it is still liquid, and creates a beautiful rainbow effect when the lollipops are unmolded! The candy itself isn’t flavoured and just tastes sweet, but each time you reach a gummy bear you get a burst of flavour and sweetness! These would be perfect to serve at a party this summer with a specific colour scheme, since you can use any colour and flavour gummies that you like! Make sure that you hold these up to the light as well – they look like stained glass when the sun shines through them!

Ingredients
❤ 1 ¼ cups sugar
❤ ½ cup water
❤ ¾ cup corn syrup
❤ gummy bears
❤ lollipop sticks

Directions

1. Pour the sugar, water and corn syrup into a pot, and set it to medium heat. Stir with a rubber spatula until everything is melted and combined.
2. Then increase the heat to high, and attach a candy thermometer to the pot. Heat the sugar until it reaches 310F, stirring occasionally.
3. Fill a tube-shaped silicone mold halfway with the sugar mixture. Using toothpicks or tweezers, stick gummy bears into the mold, evenly spacing them apart and ordering them in the colour of the rainbow.
4. Pour the remaining sugar mixture on top, making sure to fully cover the gummy bears. Doing so will prevent the gummy bears from leaking out, since the hot sugar will soften them. Then stick one lollipop stick into each shape, holding the stick in place until the candy fully sets. This will take around 15-20 minutes.
5. Transfer the lollipops, still in their mold, to the fridge for about 30 minutes, for the gummy bears on the inside to cool. Then gently remove the lollipops from the mold and enjoy!

材料

❤砂糖 カップ1 1/4
❤水 カップ1/2
❤コーンシロップ カップ3/4
❤グミベア
❤キャンディー棒

作り方

①砂糖、水とコーンシロップを鍋に流し入れ、中火にする。なめらかになるまでゴムペラで混ぜる。
②強火にし、キャンディ温度計を鍋につける。154度になるまで温める。時々混ぜる。
③チューブ形のシリコン型に5分目ぐらいまで流し入れる。爪楊枝やピンセットなどでグミベアを型に詰め、虹色の順で飴に並ぶ。
④残りの溶けた飴をその上に流し入れる。必ずグミベアの表面の全体にかける。こうすると、熱い飴をかけるとグミベアが柔らかくなってしまいますので、表面の全体にかけると漏れてしまいません。各飴をキャンディー棒で刺し、固まるまでその状態に持つ。15~20分かかります。
⑤型に入ったままで冷蔵庫に入れ、グミベアを冷ます(約30分)。型から取り出すと完成です!
