Pancake Mug Cakes | ホットケーキのマグケーキ

Ingredients (serves 2-3, depending on mug size)

❤ 1 cup cake flour
❤ 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
❤ pinch of salt
❤ 2 tbsp skim milk powder
❤ 2 tsp baking powder
❤ 1 scant tbsp cornstarch
❤ 2 eggs
❤ 3 tbsp vegetable oil
❤ ½ cup milk

❤ 2-3 squares of butter
❤ maple syrup

1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the butter and maple syrup, into a bowl and whisk everything together.
2. Pour this mixture about half way up 2-3 microwave-safe mugs, and then microwave them individually for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the pancakes have risen and are fluffy and airy.
3. Top each pancake with a square of butter and drizzle some maple syrup on top, and enjoy!

❤塩 ひとつまみ
❤脱脂粉乳 大さじ2
❤ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2
❤コーンスターチ 大さじ1弱
❤卵 2個
❤サラダ油 大さじ3
❤牛乳 カップ1/2

❤バター 2~3枚
