Mint Iced Chocolate | ミントチョコのアイスチョコ

This frappucino is so smooth and chocolatey and has an amazing mint flavour! I love chocolate and mint, so for me, this is the perfect treat to indulge in after dinner or when having a fun night in with my friends! This is so easy to whip up at a moment’s notice, and it is sure to impress anybody you make it for! I love the drizzled chocolate on the inside of the glass as well – I think it make the drink look that much more pretty and delicious!

Ingredients (serves 1-2)

❤ 50g + 15g melted mint-flavoured dark chocolate (I used a Lindt Excellence Mint Chocolate bar)
❤ 3 tbsp warm milk
❤ ½ cup ice
❤ ½ cup cold milk
❤ 2 cups mint (or vanilla) ice cream
❤ 1-2 squares mint-flavoured dark chocolate, for garnish
❤ fresh mint leaves, for garnish

1. Mix 50g of melted mint chocolate with the warm milk until well combined.
2. Pour this into a blender with the ice, cold milk and ice cream, and pulse until smooth.
3. Drizzle the remaining 15g of melted mint chocolate onto the insides of a tall glass. Pour the milkshake into the glass, and place 1 square of mint-flavoured dark chocolate on top, and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

❤溶けたミント味のダークチョコ(LindtExcellenceの板チョコを使用しました) 50g+15g
❤温かい牛乳 大さじ3
❤氷 カップ1/2
❤冷たい牛乳 カップ1/2
❤ミント味のアイスクリーム(またはバニラアイス) カップ2
❤ミント味のダークチョコ(飾り用) 1~2粒
