How to Make Rainbow Hard Candies | 手作り虹色の飴の作り方

These are so simple and easy, and taste amazing! You can use any mold that you like, as long as it’s silicone and can handle that temperature. Typically any silicone mold that specifies that you can bake with it or one that’s made for candy making is a safe option. If your mold isn’t big enough, you can make this in batches by filling the mold, letting the candies set, and then reheating the remaining sugar in the pot to make it liquid again.
I used a bunch of different flavourings to make each colour unique, and the link to where I bought them is in the description box of the video. Be as creative as you like – these are adorable and would make any recipient very happy!

Ingredients (makes about 40 – 60 1-inch sized candies)
❤ 2 ½ cups granulated sugar
❤ 1 cup water
❤ 1 ½ cups light corn syrup
❤ your desired flavouring and food colouring

1. Place a pot over medium heat, and add the granulated sugar, water, and light corn syrup. Stir with a rubber spatula until everything is melted and combined.
2. Then increase the heat to high, and attach a candy thermometer to the pot. Heat the sugar until it reaches 310F, stirring occasionally. Then turn off the heat and add your desired food colouring and flavouring.
3. Pour the sugar into a silicone mold of your choice, and allow to fully harden (about 20 minutes). Then remove them from the mold, and enjoy!

作りやすくて、おいしい飴です!154度まで溶かさないシリコン製の型なら何でも形でもOKです!オーブンでケーキなどに焼く型なら大丈夫だと思い ます!40個より少ない穴のある型を使う場合、3~4回に分け、飴が固まったら、鍋に残った砂糖をもう一度溶かし、型に入れる状態に戻ります!

❤ グラニュー糖 カップ2.5
❤ 水 カップ1
❤ コーンシロップ カップ1.5
❤ お好みのエッセンスと食用色素
