Easy! Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream | 簡単!手作りバニラアイス

This is a no-churn, super easy vanilla ice cream recipe that is so delicious and creamy! I haven’t had vanilla ice cream like this in ages, and was so excited when I took my first bite! Just a little note – in the video I tripled the recipe to make enough for all of the other recipes this week, so that’s why you see so many egg yolks being used!

Ingredients (makes about 7-8 cups)

❤ 400ml whipping cream
❤ 4 eggs
❤ 140g sugar
❤ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
1. Fill a large bowl with ice water, and place a smaller bowl on top. Pour the whipping cream into the smaller bowl and whip with an electric mixer until it forms a thick ribbon when the whisk is lifted. Then place the cream in the fridge.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the sugar and vanilla. Beat well with an electric mixer until the mixture forms a ribbon when the whisk is lifted and the ribbon remains on the surface of the mixture for a few seconds.
3. Add half of the egg mixture to the cream, and whisk together. Once they are fully combined, add the remaining egg mixture and gently fold the mixture together and combine. Make sure to be gentle and keep the mixture as airy as possible.
4. Pour the ice cream into a Tupperware container, and seal with the lid. Place this in the freezer for 7-8 hours to chill and set.

アイスクリームメーカーが不要、とても作りやすくて、おいしくて、クリーミーなバニラアイスです!最初に食べてみた時に意外に美味しかったです!ポイント:動画に今週のレシピを作るために、レシピを3倍にしましたので、動画に卵黄が多いんです(笑)

材料(7~8カップ分)
❤生クリーム 400ml
❤卵 4個
❤砂糖 140g
❤バニラエッセンス 小さじ1

作り方
①大きなボウルに氷水を入れ、その上に少し小さなボウルを置く。生クリームを小さなボウルに入れ、ボウルの底を氷水にあてながら泡だて器で七分立てまで泡立てる。生クリームを冷蔵庫に入れておく。
②別のボウルに卵を割りほぐし、砂糖とバニラエッセンスを加える。泡だて器で持ち上げるとリボン状い落ちて文字がかけるくらいになるまでしっかり泡立てる。
③卵の半量を生クリームに加え、泡だて器で混ぜる。残りの卵を加え、底からすくって持ち上げてはふんわり落とすようにし、混ぜる。
④保存容器に流し入れ、ふたをする。冷凍庫に入れ、7~8時間冷やす。
