Cinnamon Bun Doughnuts | シナモンロールのドーナッツ

Ingredients (makes 6 doughnuts)

Doughnut batter:
– 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ cup granulated sugar
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 large egg
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp buttermilk
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 3 tbsp brown sugar
– 2 tbsp crushed pecans

– 56g cream cheese, room temperature
– 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
– 1 tbsp milk

1. Make the doughnuts: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, honey, egg and vanilla extract. Add the buttermilk and mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined – make sure not to overmix. Transfer the batter to a piping bag. In a separate bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, brown sugar and crushed pecans.
2. Fill a greased doughnut pan halfway with the batter. Sprinkle the sugar mixture onto the doughnuts, then top with another layer of batter.
3. Bake at 400F for 7 minutes. Cool for 1 minute in the pan, then flip the pan over to remove the doughnuts and cool completely on a wire rack.
4. Make the glaze: Cream the cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the confectioner’s sugar and milk and mix until combined. Dunk the doughnuts into the glaze and transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!

❤無塩バター(室温に戻した) 大さじ3
❤小麦粉 カップ1
❤ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1
❤塩 小さじ1/4
❤砂糖 カップ1/4
❤はちみつ 大さじ2
❤卵 大1個
❤バニラエッセンス 小さじ1/2
❤シナモン 小さじ1
❤バターミルク カップ1/3+大さじ1
❤シナモン 小さじ1
❤黒砂糖 大さじ3
❤ピーカン(細かく刻んだ) 大さじ2

❤粉糖 カップ1/3
❤牛乳 大さじ1

② バターを塗ったドーナッツの焼型に生地を半分目になるまで入れる。ピーカンなどをドーナッツの上に散らし、生地後1つのレイヤーを塗る。
