Cheesecake-Filled Kinder Eggs | チーズケーキ入りキンダーサプライズ

Cheesecake and chocolate – there is no better combination, like, ever. A lovely subscriber made a genius suggestion to fill these homemade Kinder Eggs that I made last year with a cheesecake filling, and the second I read that comment, I knew that I had to turn that idea into a video! This tastes AMAZING, and is actually really easy to make! No need to wait for the cheesecake filling to set in the fridge –  it’s ready to eat as soon as you finish mixing everything together! In my original homemade Kinder Eggs video, I used a ladle to make the egg shapes, but in this video I used an egg-shaped chocolate mold simply to speed up the process and make multiple eggs at a time. The mold is much smaller than the ladle I used, so the amount of eggs that you’ll be able to fill with the amount of cheesecake filling will differ depending on how big your eggs are. And even if you don’t have the time to make the kinder eggs by hand, this would still taste amazing if you filled up store bought Kinder Eggs! You could even dye the cheesecake filling various pastel colours to make them look extra Eastery!

Ingredients (fills about 8-10 medium-sized eggs)
❤ 100g cream cheese, room temperature
❤ 2 tbsp granulated sugar
❤ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
❤ 50 ml whipping cream (35%)
❤ Homemade Kinder Eggs (recipe here)

1. To make the cheesecake filling, place the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Then add the cream cheese mixture to the cream, and mix together.
3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into both halves of the Kinder Eggs, until they are about 90% full. As directed in the Homemade Kinder Eggs recipes, seal both halves together with some melted milk chocolate.
4. Place these on a plate lined with paper towel and place them in the freezer for the chocolate seal to set, and enjoy!

チーズケーキとチョコは超おいしいですよね!登録者さんがチーズケーキをれたらおいしいというコメントを書いて、そのアイデアがすごいだと思って、動画を 撮影しました!すご~くおいしくて、作りやすいです!チーズケーキのクリームを作ると冷蔵庫で固まらせるよりすぐ使えます!手作りキンダーサプライズの動 画におたまを卵の型として使いましたが、はやく作れるために、この動画に他の型を使うことにしました。おたまより小さいですので、自分が使う型によって、 チーズケーキのクリームを使う量が異なります。購入したキンダーサプライズを使って、クリームを入れるのもおいしいです!チーズケーキのクリームを他の色 に着色するととてもイースターっぽいになります!

❤グラニュー糖 大さじ2
❤バニラエッセンス 小さじ1/2
❤生クリーム(乳脂肪35%) 50ml
