Candy Cane Rocky Road Fudge | キャンディケインのロッキーロードのファッジ

This is the perfect treat for the holidays! It’s so pepperminty and chocolatey and can be quickly whipped up before you head to bed and popped in the freezer overnight! When you wake up you’ll have delicious, festive rocky road! You can eat this as soon as you take it out of the freezer, but I like to let it sit for 10-15 minutes. It still keeps its shape, but it gets so soft and fluffy with the marshmallows, and I haven’t been able to stop eating it since I made it. This recipe makes a lot, so I recommend giving it to all of your family and friends this season because they’ll love you for it, and also because it won’t be sitting in your freezer tempting you all the time! haha

Ingredients (fills 2 20x20cm square aluminum foil pans)
❤ 800g white chocolate
❤ 250g unsalted butter
❤ 8 tbsp corn syrup
❤ 12 candy canes, crushed (plus some more for decorating)
❤ 250g macadamia nuts
❤ 175g red m&ms
❤ 300g mini white marshmallows
❤ 3 tsp pure peppermint extract

1. Place the white chocolate, butter and corn syrup in a pot over medium-low heat. Stir consistently until completely melted. Then add the peppermint extract. Don’t worry if the chocolate and butter have separated.
2. Remove from the heat, and stir the mixture with a spatula or a whisk until the chocolate and butter have fully combined. I had this problem when I was making it, and I think that removing the pan from the heat was the key to make the chocolate and butter bind together. Add the macadamia nuts, crushed candy canes, red m&ms and marshmallows and mix until just combined. Pour the mixture into a square aluminum container, and sprinkle some extra crushed candy canes on top. Cover with aluminum foil and place this in the freezer until set.
3. Slice the rocky road into bite-sized squares, and you’re done!

この季節にぴったりです!ペパーミントとチョコレートの味がして、眠る前にはやく作って、冷凍庫に入れるだけで簡単に作れます!起きる時に冷凍庫に 入って いるおいしくて、クリスマスっぽいのロッキーロードが出来上がります!冷凍庫から取り出すとすぐ食べられますが、室温に10~15分置くとマシュマロのよ うに柔らかくなって、ものすごくおいしくなりますよ!このレシピは大量のロッキーロードを作りますので、自分ですべてを食べてしまわないために、友だちや ご家族にプレゼントにあげてね❤

❤ ホワイトチョコレート 800g
❤ 無塩バター 250g
❤ コーンシロップ 大さじ8
❤ キャンディケイン(つぶした) 12本(+飾りに少々使います)
❤ マカダミアナッツ 250g
❤ 赤色のm&ms 175g
❤ ミニマシュマロ 300g
❤ ペパーミントエッセンス 小さじ3

②火を止め、ゴムペラや泡だて器で馴染ませる。最初に作った時に分離してしまったと思いましたが、火から外すと問題なく馴染ます。マカダミアナッツ、つぶ したキャンディケイン、赤色のm&msとマシュマロを加え、丁寧に混ぜ合わせる。四角形のアルミ箔のケーキ型に入れ、残りのつぶしたキャンディケインを飾 る。アルミ箔に包み、冷凍庫に入れて、固まらせる。
