Beef Udon | 牛肉うどん

Ingredients (serves 2)
❤ 1200 ml water
❤ 4 tsp powdered bonito soup stock (hondashi)
❤ 3 tsp salt
❤ 2 tsp soy sauce
❤ 2 tsp mirin
❤ 200g thinly sliced beef
❤ 2 packs of udon
❤ fresh ginger, grated (for garnish)
❤ green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Directions
1. Place the water, powdered bonito soup stock, salt, soy sauce and mirin in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add the beef and remove any scum that develops on the surface. Add the udon noodles and cook for as long as directed on the package (around 2-3 minutes).
3. Pour the soup into bowls and top with some freshly grated ginger and green onion and enjoy!

Beef Udon | 牛肉うどん

材料(2人分)
❤水 1200ml
❤和風だし 小さじ4
❤塩 小さじ3
❤醤油 小さじ2
❤みりん 小さじ2
❤牛肉(薄くスライスした) 200g
❤うどん 2パック
❤おろし生姜(飾り用)
❤ネギ(飾り用)

作り方
①鍋に水、和風だし、塩、醤油とみりんを入れ、沸騰する。
②牛肉を加え、アクをとる。うどんを加え、パッケージ通りに茹でる(約2~3分)。
③ボウルに分け、おろし生姜とネギを飾ると完成です!
