Ingredients
Rose Brownies:
2 bite brownies
melted white or dark chocolate chips
rose icing decorations
Champagne Fondue:
200g best quality milk chocolate
½ cup champagne
strawberries, rice krispies and marshmallows for dipping
Patterned Chocolate-Dipped Oreos
oreo cookies
melted chocolate or candy melts
candy transfer sheets
Directions
Rose Brownies:
1. Flip the brownies over, so that their largest surface is facing downwards.
2. Slowly spoon the melted white or dark chocolate chips on top of the brownies, allowing the chocolate to slightly drip off the edges.
3. Top with rose icing decorations and enjoy!
Champagne Fondue:
1. Place the milk chocolate in a pot and melt over low heat. Remove from the heat, add the champagne and mix to combine.
2. Pour into a fondue pot and serve with strawberries, rice krispies and marshmallows.
Patterned Chocolate-Dipped Oreos
1. Dip oreo cookies halfway or fully submerge into melted chocolate. Tap off the excess, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. While the chocolate is still wet, place a square of chocolate transfer sheet on top. Transfer the tray to the fridge for the chocolate to set, about 20 minutes.
3. Peel off the transfer sheet and reveal a pretty pattern! Enjoy!
