How to Make Homemade Cream Cheese with YOGURT!

Ingredients
1 cup plain greek yogurt
cheesecloth
herbs or flavorings (optional) (In the video, I used ¼ cup fresh basil, 2 tbsp fresh chives and 1 tbsp fresh parsley, all finely chopped.)

Directions
1. Line a mesh sieve with 2 layers of cheesecloth, and place in a bowl.
2. Pour the yogurt into the liner strainer. If adding herbs or flavorings, mix these into the yogurt before pouring it into the strainer.
3. Place the bowl, with the sieve and cheesecloth, in the fridge for 1-2 days, until all the liquid has drained off.
4. Transfer to a covered container and consume within 2 weeks.
