Anman (Red Bean Paste-Filled Steamed Buns)|あんまんの作り方

Ingredients (makes 10 buns)
❤ 300g cake flour
❤ 5g baking powder
❤ 3g dry active yeast
❤ 2 tbsp sugar
❤ 1 tbsp skim milk powder
❤ pinch of salt
❤ 2/3 cup warm water
❤ 1 tbsp vegetable oil

❤ anko (red bean paste)

❤ black sesame seeds

Directions
1. Combine the flour, baking powder, yeast, sugar, skim milk powder and salt in a bowl. Add the warm water and knead until combined.
2. Add the vegetable oil and combine. Transfer to a floured surface and knead until combined. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set in a warm area and let rise for 40 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 10 even pieces and shape them into balls. Cover with a damp dish towel and rest for 15 minutes. Flatten each ball of dough into a pancake and place some red bean paste in the center. Seal the buns closed, place some sesame seeds on top and cover with a damp dish towel. Let rest for 15 minutes.
4. Place each bun on a square of wax paper and steam for 12 minutes and enjoy!

材料(約10個分)
❤薄力粉 300g
❤ベーキングパウダー 5g
❤ドライイースト 3g
❤砂糖 大さじ2
❤スキムミルク 大さじ1
❤塩 ひとつまみ
❤ぬるま湯 カップ2/3
❤サラダ油 大さじ1

❤あんこ

❤黒ゴマ

作り方
①小麦粉、ベーキングパウダー、イースト、砂糖、スキムミルクと塩をボウルで混ぜる。ぬるま湯を加え、混ぜる。
②サラダ油を加え、よく混ぜる。小麦粉をまぶした調理台に移し、こねる。ボウルに移し、ラップにする。温かいところで40分ベンチタイム。
③10等分に分け、丸める。生地を濡れた布巾にかぶせ、15分ベンチタイム。生地を平らにし、真ん中にあんこを入れる。パンをとじめ、黒ゴマを振り、ぬれた布巾をかぶせ、ベンチタイム15分。
④各パンをクッキングシートに置き、12分蒸すと完成です!
